Our REST API provides several endpoints that allow your application to send messages, request details about an individual message, and manage profile and preference information for each recipient in your audience.

API Availability

This API is available 24x7 for submission of requests. However, requests containing updates may be blocked due to the below circumstances:

• The system is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or temporary outage.
• The request is submitted outside of standard business hours.

Standard Business Hours

Standard business hours are between 7am & 7:30pm EST.
